King Khalid Foundation issued a decree appointing Sheikh Khalid bin Fahad Al-Jalil as imam and preacher at the King Khalid Mosque in Riyadh, succeeding Sheikh Adel bin Salem Al Kalbani who moved to Makkah to the Imam of the Holy Mosque. Her Royal Highness Princess Al-Bandari Bint Abdulrahman Al-Faisal, Director General of the King Khalid Foundation thanked the Foundation and its Board of Trustees for the efforts of Sheikh Adel Bin Salem Al Kalbani, who was the imam and preacher of the King Khalid Mosque for over two decades and wished him success in the Imamate of the Holy Mosque. She called upon the Almighty God to grant King Khalid the mercy of His Majesty and to make good works performed by the Foundation in parallel with His works.
